We are very well positioned to execute your order to the highest economic and technical standards.
Let us show you on this page what our production can do for you.

High-Performance Machinery

AUVERNA makes continuous investments into its technical equipment. Our core competency of CNC turning is complemented by a broad range of conventional machining techniques as well as further technological processes such as heat treating, surface treating and coating.

We can manufacture components of up to 400x400x300 mm in milling and parts with an outer diameter of 1mm to 65 mm in turning.

We also manufacture complete sub-assemblies according to the specifications of your parts lists and drawings.

If you would like us to procure all the required individual parts for you we will be happy to do so. In this case we will then assemble the components produced by us and the sourced ones into one optimal whole.

Our experienced team will find a cost-effective solution for virtually any requirement!

So even if you have a unique request, we will be happy to discuss it with you. Contact us today to find out more.

CNC-Turned Parts for the Most Exacting Demands

We manufacture on state-of-the-art CNC lathes and other high performance machinery!

CNC – Swiss-Type Turning

  • CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes – 13-axis, bar capacity < Ø20mm max. part length 250 mm with deep hole drilling unit, high-pressure coolant pump and extinguisher unit
  • CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes – 8-axis, bar capacity < Ø32mm max. part length 320 mm with deep hole drilling unit, high-pressure coolant pump and extinguisher unit
  • CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes – 7-axis, bar capacity < Ø20mm max. part length 800 mm, with whirling head and deep hole drilling units, high-pressure coolant pump and extinguisher unit
  • CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes – 5-axis, bar capacity < Ø12mm max. part length 135 mm

This machinery is used for various applications required in apparatus engineering, plant engineering, electrical engineering, medical engineering, mechanical engineering and the joining industry.

We process any standard as well as profiled material to turn out parts of low, medium and high complexity.

Our lathes are 5- to 13- axis CNC-controlled and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This enables us to manufacture your components directly on the machine. Furthermore we are able to whirl threads. Optimum machine stability allows us to perform even the most heavy-duty machining processes.

In this area we manufacture medium and large volumes.

Screw Machine Type-Turning

On this machinery we process any standard as well as profiled material to turn out parts of low to high complexity with a diameter of 5 mm to 65 mm and in small and medium volumes.

Some product examples of this category are studs, bolts, shafts, etc. for various applications in apparatus engineering, plant engineering, mechanical engineering and the joining industry.

Some details.

Heat Treating and Surface Coating

Our range of services naturally does not end at the mere manufacturing of your components. In order to supply our customers with parts which are truly ready for fitting, we also dedicate ourselves to secondary processing and finishing procedures precisely according to your requests. This is what makes us stand out as an innovative partner and supplier.

We perform these processes in close cooperation with our long-standing suppliers. Virtually anything can be done. Let us know what your requirements are. We will find an appropriate solution.

Examples of Heat Treating Procedures

  • Gas nitriding
  • Induction hardening
  • Vacuum hardening
  • Case hardening
  • Plasma hardening

Examples of Surface Treating Procedures

  • Anodizing
  • Black Finishing
  • Chromatizing

Additional Mechanical Processing After Milling – the Finishing Touches

The finishing touches, if required, are provided in our well-equipped conventional workshop.

It is there that we manufacture complex work pieces in small to medium volumes. The parts are processed or finished on several sides in one chucking with high precision.

Finishing Operations with Sure Instinct: Centerless, Through-Feed and Flat Grinding

Centerless and through-feed grinding require extensive technical expertise. We meet the high standards for tolerances, dimensional shape and surface finish on high-performance machinery.

Precision Parts Ready for fitting due to the Proper Finishing Touches

Tumble Finishing and Vibratory Finishing

Such operations as tumble finishing and vibratory finishing enable us to reach a very high level of vertical manufacturing in our processes. The result are burr-free parts and – if needed – a bright surface.

The very last finishing touches

We clean and degrease all manufactured parts in our modern cleaning machine in a closed system. Part-specific programs make it possible to oil the parts at the end of the process. Upon request we have partners of ours finish the components. All our precision parts are packaged and delivered ready for fitting and protected from corrosion, to be stocked by our customers.

We Adapt to Your Requirements

We adapt our production to unique customer requests as well!

We believe in flexibility as an important asset. No matter how great a challenge your request may pose to us, we always seek to offer a well-balanced price/performance ratio.
